Shipping

Voice Gift currently offers a selection of flat rate USPS shipping options to US customers.
Free standard shipping is available for orders over $35.

Amazon Prime customers can always click on the Buy With Prime button with shipping included.

Orders placed Monday thru Friday will be processed within one to three business days from the date of purchase. You will receive a shipping notification email with a tracking number to confirm you’re your order is on its way. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking to show movement on the carrier's site.

Please note, any order placed on a major holiday or the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Please note that packages can take up to 10 business days to arrive for standard shipping. If your package has not arrived within 10 days, please reach out to hi@voice.gift.

We have access to Amazon Distribution centers in Canada, the UK and in the EU as well as Mexico. We currently do not ship to Australia but stay tuned!

Returns/Exchanges

Items may be returned, excluding shipping costs, as long as they are in their original packaging. Upon receipt, your refund will be issued in the form of store credit, provided you reach out within 7 days of receiving your order. Please contact us at hi@voice.gift to begin your return. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not process returns or exchanges without a receipt from www.voice.gift or after 30 days from receiving your order. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

If your item arrived damaged or defective in any way, please let us try to make it right for you! Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at hi@voice.gift.

Product Care

All of our products use batteries. If your product arrives with a “battery Saver” tab, it is best not to remove the tab until you are ready to use the product. Our products should not be stored in temperatures exceeding 90 degrees or below freezing. They should also not be stored in very humid conditions nor exposed to excessive moisture. If your product is provided with a charging cable and contains a re-chargeable lithium-ion battery you should follow the same guidelines as above and not leave the battery connected after it has been fully charged.

Unless specifically marked as Safe For Children, our products are not toys and should not be used by children under 3 years old. That being said, all of our products are of the highest quality, non-toxic and whenever the feature replaceable button cell batteries they have child-safe screws to prevent access by children. All our products go through rigorous testing at internationally-approved labs to ensure they meet the standards under the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA) and Prop 65 regulations. In addition our suppliers are compliant with the International Council of Toy Industries (ICTI), CARE (Caring, Awareness, Responsible, Ethical) certification, or comparable designation. These programs promote ethical manufacturing, from fair labor treatment to employee health and safety, in the toy industry worldwide.
